Can you tell us about your journey to Bitcoin?
I've been building digital products since I was 17, and by now I’ve spent over a decade as a digital entrepreneur. I started investing in Bitcoin and crypto in 2017, but it wasn’t until 2021 that I transitioned full-time into the space, after several years in digital health.
Going through multiple market cycles taught me a key lesson: just hold Bitcoin.
In 2022, I founded Finpeers and moved to Lugano, the Bitcoin capital of Europe, where I’ve since worked closely with family offices on Bitcoin investment strategies.
I don’t see Bitcoin as just a currency or store of value—it’s a full industry: mining, lending, treasuries, and infrastructure. That led us to launch H100 by doing a reverse takeover of my previous health company, making it Sweden’s first listed Bitcoin treasury company.
What is H100, and why should investors consider it for their portfolio?
H100 is the first listed Bitcoin treasury company in Sweden, combining two megatrends: Bitcoin and longevity. The last Bitcoin halving is in 2140—our mission is to help sovereign individuals live long enough to witness it.
We generate revenue through high-margin digital health infrastructure and plan to reinvest profits into Bitcoin.
We believe Bitcoin is the new hurdle rate for risk investments, so we aim to perform better than Bitcoin Beta. Our model gives investors exposure to a strategy that doesn't compete with Bitcoin—it compounds with it.
Can you share your current BTC metrics?
We currently hold 13.95 BTC on the balance sheet and have secured funding to significantly increase that. Our key metric is Bitcoin per share—our ability to increase Bitcoin yield over time.

Are there benefits or drawbacks to being a small company in the Nordic market?
The Nordic market is still lagging slightly, which gives us an opportunity to take a leading position. We’re already listed and can build an investor base early. Over time, we’ll explore dual listings or uplisting to larger exchanges to scale both reach and liquidity.
What is Finpeers, and are you using that to get in touch with potential investors?
Finpeers is a capital network I built in Lugano, working with family offices globally to access Bitcoin-aligned investments. H100 has partnered up with Finpeers, and we actively leverage that community for strategic capital raising.
Will we see a website update showing BTC metrics soon?
Yes—we’re currently working on an update to show Bitcoin treasury metrics and increase transparency around our strategy.
What can you share about your long-term capital raise plans?
We’ve just closed our first 21M SEK convertible loan and have launched a 5-tranche convertible loan structure of up to SEK 277M, led again by Adam Back. The first tranche is already guaranteed, securing a total SEK 42M (~$4.2M) to be deployed into Bitcoin. We are also actively exploring other strategies to increase our BTC holdings.
Adam Back is already a major shareholder—can you tell us how that came about?
We connected through the Bitcoin network in Lugano.
Do you have medium- or long-range targets for BTC acquisition?
Our objective is simple: acquire as much Bitcoin as possible, as efficiently as possible.
As the ATMs that Strategy uses are less feasible in Europe, what capital raising mechanisms do you plan on using going forward?
We focus on private placements, convertible structures, and strategic partnerships with family offices.
When will we see BTC being purchased from the money raised in the latest round?
Once funds are received, we will buy Bitcoin.
Is it likely we will see continuous buying in the coming months from H100?
Yes. We’ve already begun and will continue scaling our Bitcoin position.
What has been the most challenging part of starting or transitioning into a BTC treasury company?
Bridging the mindset gap with traditional finance. Bitcoin-native capital understands us quickly—traditional finance takes more time.
Investors will compare all Bitcoin treasury companies — what sets H100 apart, and how important is your Nordic focus?
We bring operational leverage—track record in fundraising, legal, and digital infrastructure. Bitcoin is global, and we’re optimizing for global Bitcoin yield, not just regional exposure, but our Nordic roots help us executing faster and take a leading position in a less mature market.
Anything else you’d like to share with our audience of Bitcoin treasury company investors?
I’ll leave you with a question: What if we don’t have to die? At H100, we’re serious about building for longevity and freedom. That vision shapes how we build our products and structure our balance sheet—to maximize long-term Bitcoin per share and help sovereign individuals thrive in a post-2140 world.
Thank you to Sander and the team at H100!
